1. Data Controller: LudiLocus Studio ("LudiLocus", "we", "us"), contactable at contact@ludilocus.studio, acts as the Data Controller in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Information We Collect: When you submit a project inquiry, contact, or job application form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide (name, email, phone, project or application details, and any attached CV/portfolio files). We do NOT collect payment card numbers, sensitive personal categories, or tracking IDs.
3. Purpose of Processing: Your data is processed strictly for: (a) Evaluating localization feasibility and providing project quotes; (b) Reviewing job or freelance applications; (c) Direct B2B communication regarding localization work; (d) Executing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and service contracts.
4. Your Rights (GDPR Art. 15-22 / KVKK Art. 11): You retain the right to request access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), or restriction of processing of your data at any time by emailing contact@ludilocus.studio.
5. International Data Transfer: Where you consent to analytics cookies, aggregated usage data is processed by Google LLC (USA) via Google Analytics, in accordance with GDPR Art. 44-49 and KVKK Art. 9 safeguards for cross-border data transfer.
